This is out of my legue but if real it is some type of a Guangxu Doiucai BAT AND SHOU dish. I've seen similar patterns of earlier reigns but not as this one.The dragon roundels are very blur to see any details but the bats look good IMO. looks like the dragons have 5 claws but like Peter says, could have been done in some type of private Kiln if of the period. blue and mark also looks fine... but wait for Peter to say something since he has the last word in here.

Judging by these pictures I believe it may be M&P, but as heavenguy said, from a private kiln.

M&P means "mark and period". It means that an item appears to be of the period the mark indicates.
