PLEASE THE PERIOD OF THIS FAMILLE ROSE VASE, SORRY THIS IS THE ONLY IMAGE I HAVE!!! THANK'S
eyes with eyelashes or not????

Here the contour lines of the decoration are printed (transfer printed?) and then the colors filled in by hand. No eyelashes this time but pitch black hair. That means it is new.
With completely black hair you always have to consider that it may be recent. That is because black color if applied on top of the glaze is likely to be abraded from handling with age.
Items from more than a century ago seldom have very black decorations because of this.
