Title: Qianjiang small dish
Post by: Adriano on Aug 02, 2024, 22:57:03
I would like to have opinions on this my dish.
I can only say that for the style of decoration I would put it in the 1920s.
The bottom mark is the artist or company name, but I have not found any reference.

Thank you.[

Perhaps...
江西華瓷公司 Jiangxi Huaci Co., mark on the back

Made in: Zhushan
Painted by 鍾茂??  Zhong Mao??

(I have a piece here with a very similar painting style of flowers, bird and colors, but different painter, and its cyclical year would be 1928. It can be viewed here: globa.net/gallery/picture.php?/584/category/34)

Hi Peter,

by chance I have found on the web a very similar decorated dish dated 1928.
This could be the right date or something near.

Thank for all.
