This is Korean celadon, 20th century probably. Could also be later. Marked Korean porcelain usually have the name of the artisan who made it/them added in the manner shown here. Most antique Korean porcelain was never marked. 
In the 20th century some Korean potters started re-creating celadon and marked them.
