How tall are these?

Yes, that is Chinese Fangge porcelain (that means the glaze is imitating a Ge crackle vase).
I would say about mid-19th century.

The marks says "Chenghua Nianzhi", a Ming mark, but this always appears on such Fangge vases and has nothing to do with Ming, really.

Measurements: 12inch or 30cm
