A picture of the bottom and mouth rim is necessary for evaluation.
However, just judging by the new look of glaze and decorations alone, this is likely more recent. Even if it was late 19th century, there should be 'some' patina visible.

In these pictures it looks as if it is hand-painted. Look at the waves, for example. Do you see the different spacing of the lines, or that some lines have thick or darker areas? That is because the color in the brush was getting less in the process of drawing the lines. That are signs of hand-painting. With transfer printing the lines will all have the same thickness.
But, overall this is not that old. The color is flat on the surface. With older items it would have attained some depth.
