Title: Help in ID'ing makers mark on Teapot
Post by: heidicoble on May 04, 2024, 10:23:44
Found another piece in our Grandma's stuff.  It's a porcelain teapot with flowers and gold edge paint.  At first thought it was English until we saw the oriental mark on the bottom.  Can you take a look and ID it for us.  That will give us a starting point on researching it.  Your help is much appreciated.  Thanks

This has a Qianlong mark on the bottom, However it is 20th century, I would say because of the heavy black lines out lining the decoration would but that at the 2nd half.

Thanks Stan - That helps a bunch.  I love researching the pieces.  I'm sure I'll have more as we finish going thru everything.  Appreciate it
