The color decoration is indeed very Japanese, but let's see what Stan says about the period.
Could you upload a full mark image? The left side is not visible.

奇玉寶  鼎之珍  was apparently originally a Chinese mark used in the Shunzhi/Kangxi reigns.
It was also used on 'Old Imari', Japan.

This looks like the late Meiji period.
