I found a pair of Japanese vases and I still need you for information about them.
They are 18.50 inches tall.

Hi Dominique and Peter, could it be Hi-cho-zan Fukagawa sei, these are very nice vases and to have a pair is even better, Very nice.

These should date to the Mid Meiji period  1875, thanks for the additional photo's.

Hi Dominique, The weather here in Washington State is beautiful, I am starting to see the signs of Fall though, How is it there ?

I live in Brittany, in Dinard near Saint Malo. It's hot, unusual heat for a month of September.

The temperatures here have been in the 70's to 80's, not like a couple weeks ago where it was in the 100's that is to hot, the good thing is it is not very humid here in the mid west, that makes it a little more bearable.
