Title: chinese planter?

Is this a chinese planter? And wich period?

It also looks a little like japanese kutani?

But the shape is more chinese i think.

Japanese, in my view, and no it does not have a Chinese shape.  Moving it to the Japanese board.

This is a Japanese Jardinière, not a planter, usually a planter will have a hole or holes in the bottom for drainage, and for age, it looks new, I do not see any age signs a few decades at the most.
