I have never seen such a center decoration on face of the plate, looks like a fake to me with the glued on missing label, it looks fresh to fresh like it was added to deceive, and the foot looks like it could be a straight out side foot, if it is it is a modern fake.

To me it looks suspicious too. This type has been made over a very long time in the Qing dynasty. I would like to note that the dish appears to have a straight up foot rim, which by itself means it would be 19th century or later. Then there is a double ring + Kangxi pictorial mark on this. Which would not fit into that period.
The only thing I would count against being an outright fake is the incised marking on the top, which means it would have been for communal use...which in turn means it is hardly a shipwreck item. If it were not for the mark I would think it might be late Qing.
My advice is don't buy it if you didn't already. Every collector will earlier or later come across such dishes.

I didn't pay anything for this plate. Is this a modern thing?
Unless something was doctored with it, it is still likely Qing dynasty. The reason it look somewhat strange are the thin lines which have no depth as older items usually do.Unless we can look at the glaze with a microscope or magnifier, it is really difficult to be sure.
This is a Lingzhi dish. Lingzhi is a kind of fungus often depicted in Chinese arts.
Here is an example of one excavated in Taiwan. You will see the stroke width, etc. of a more normal item. Interesting is that for age they state "historical times", probably also because marking and foot rim shape seem to be from different periods.

And another two from the National Palace Museum. They only date them Qing dynasty. These two look as if they were made at Dehua kiln, judging by the mark and foot rim.

I have one here with the same double ring and mark, but the glaze has the more common white with a bluish tint and shows depth, as in those shown at the first link above.
