Hi Peter,

I would like to know what do you think about this ceramic. is it hand painted and is it possible to guess the production time?
Thank you
Fred

It has a spurious Qinlong mark, the stained areas look very suspicious " added to look older " the faces are outlined in black and they look modern, I would think early 20th century.

As Stan  already said, I would think only two or three decades old at the most.

BTW, hat stands did not come into existence before the 19th century, so those with a Qianlong mark are suspicious.
