This is Korean celadon. The white clouds and cranes can be either painted or inlaid.
This is 20th century. Usually such pieces are marked with the name of the craftsman making them. Antique Korean ceramics are usually not marked at all.

This is an example of a 13th/14th century item, the period in which this decoration technique was most popular.

The authentic ones are usually in Museums or private collections and very expensive, probably a 6 digit figure.
