Title: Small Chinese (?) bowl

This was recently obtained by my partner in Thailand who was told it is old and Chinese. I have no idea at all and would appreciate an informed opinion. 8cm dia. Thank you so much.

Definitely not Chinese. My first impression even before reading your post was that it is Thai.
