Wonder what your take is on this! 10.5" tall!

Everything looks right to me, but not entirely sure. When was this made? And translations please!

Looks as if it could be Guangxu (Kangxi revival). The gloss of the glaze is a bit too strong. It should reflect the shine of light, but not reflect like a mirror. The mark is apocryphal.
