Title: Slightly battered plate

I would truly appreciate an opinion on this item. It measures 15cm dia and the rim is a bit battered

It looks like some of the Desaru shipwreck plates, that were made in the 1830's

That was probably made over a long time. Does it only look that way or is the foot rim on the outside slightly inward slanted rather than straight up? Could be because it is probably Kangxi.

This type of mark was also used in the Kangxi reign. The decoration is a bit different until I realized that this dish has a relatively small size. Plates of this type may have a sand bottom (unglazed) and what seems to be between the chrysanthemums is or is sometimes Arab or Persian writing, but not sure what this is here.
