Post by: Stan on Jan 14, 2023, 15:31:04
Here is a vase made by the Koransha Co. up for discussion, How old ?, Im thinking Mid Meiji, but that is just my opinion, I have never seen raised banana leaves before and the quality is excellent, please tell me what you think and if anyone else has seen the embossed banana leaf pattern?

Thanks Peter, I could not find anything like it myself, It has nice signs of age, that is why I was thinking mid Meiji and it is heavily potted, it could just be a one of a kind, thanks again Peter.
