Title: Single flower vase
Post by: Ianf on Dec 19, 2022, 16:00:33
I have this small item, just 12 cm high, that I would like some advice on. I think it is Chinese not Japanese. Could you please enlighten as to the age and background to this item? Than you so much

The neck and shape do not look Chinese, but it doesn't matter. This is printed and has no collecting value.

I think it might be Japanese also, but with strange decoration, Japanese were printing way back in the 19th century, not like Chinese, and the shape is not your typical sake' bottle, try googling sake bottle.

I found several of these bottles on the internet, same size decoration and shape, one had written in English Made in Japan.
