This picture is insufficient. The decoration was also made in other places, and appears also in European chinoiserie, but the details are not clear enough to see the painting style, etc. properly.
Please upload a picture of the back, showing the foot rim clearly. Also (partial) pictures of the rim area, one or two places of the central decoration, close-up. And, if possible a side view showing the shape.
