I would like to have comments on this plate.
My impression is that it is of early Republic period.
It seems that there is a cyclical date ji wei, 1919.

As always you are right, Adriano. The red mark on the bottom says "Made by Luo Qi-chang".
This type of decoration is fairly plenty.
