Title: Beautiful bowl with blue dragon and orange frog perched on top- need help please

Hi, I found this beautiful bowl at Habitat for Humanity yesterday. The only thing on the bottom is the word CHINA with the N reversed. I am interested in how old it might be. I can find very little online to help.
