Title: Ming Bowl (Help with age)

Hi all,

I know this is Ming for sure, just not sure when it was made. Are these desirable?

This is early Ming, if it is genuine. I do not know if it is although they look old. Mine do not have this yellow color. I would not expect a high value, but it is a learning opportunity.

I would recommend to be careful, ugly or dirty is not always equal to old, and old is not always equal to valuable.  :)  You are vulnerable to fakes if you purchase just anything that looks old. If your want to buy antiques that keep their value or increase it over time, you need to look at other things.
