Need your take! When was this made? Is this Japanese?

Never seen a mark like that.

Japanese.
If you take the first character "吳" to the main site here and input into the search field on the right side, it will bring up pages with an explanation regarding this mark. You can find it both on Chinese and Japanese porcelain.

I would like to point out that the decoration is printed, Printed items usually are not very collectable. even with Japanese Late 19th century.
