Title: is this Chinese Porcelain? Unmarked

I have a blue and white Jar, missing lid, Unmarked, kind of looks like Antique Flow Blue but not 100% sure, would like to know if it could be old Chinese Porcelain, Any info on this piece i would appreciate,

Looks European or Western to me.
