Hi Peter, I believe that this is Republic period, this is all hand drawn and painted, could you tell me what it says and the bottom mark, I have never seen a mark like this, the hat stand is 29.21 cm tall and 13.208 cm wide there is very little age signs mostly on the bottom and the bottom in side but very little on the vase itself, I will send 16 photos to view, thanks.

The text on the side states that it is a gift from someone to someone, but I am not sure what is title, what is name. Chinese is a bit complicated at times.
