There is a Kangxi mark, no Chenghua mark. Unfortunately, judging by decoration type, painting style, foot rim, and blue pigment tone this is either relatively new or not Chinese. I opt for new and very likely not Chinese.
This supposedly should be a tiger? Looks more like a house cat. The painter apparently did not know that tigers have round ears, like bears or lions, not with tips like other cats. And, I do not remember why this is, but I never saw a tiger in a porcelain decoration of the Ming or Qing dynasties.
