Title: 4 White & Blue Porcelain Tiles

I've been told that the sign reads "Winter, 2003 or 1943, at Zhu Shan". I've also been told that they are old, maybe not as old as made in 1943 but older than 2003. Any help will the approx. age of the plaques? Thanks
