Can you check for me whether this bowl is authentic from the period of Yuan Dynasty and manufactured on the 18th year as shown written on bowl ?

This is an easy to recognize fake.
Apart from the styles, etc., there are only a handful of Yuan items with marks known to exist (incl. museums, etc.), and their authenticity is in doubt.
