Looking at the foot rim and mouth interior this looks as if it was something from the late Qing, Guangxu, period. However, the impression is that the black glaze surface may have been added later, covering something  below. A monochrome item with the same glaze color covering the bottom, and having such a foot rim is a bit odd, I would think. I advise against obtaining such items as this may be a repaired or ungainly object covered with the glaze.
A hands-on inspection of the glaze with a good magnifier or microscope should show if this is an old or newer glaze. Normally the bottom would be the same color as the interior (off-white) with late Qing items.

Hi Peter,

I completely agree, the painted bottom was a bit off for me, I reminded me of the late Qing oil jars. Although not the painted bottom part.

Many Thanks!
