No, the details are again insufficient. Consider at least four pictures or more with detail views.
Try to upload always a top and bottom picture, a side view, showing the shape of the foot rim clearly (this is important), and some close-up shot showing part of the decoration (the pigment) in detail. Also, any firing faults or blemishes on the bottom are important. We cannot decide authenticity based on decorations alone due to rampant faking in China.

Probably Qianlong export porcelain.
