The mark says "Guangxu Nianzhi" (made in the Guangxu reign), but the mark style and its characters are not Guangxu. Thus, it is likely more recent.

Correct me if Im wrong but I do not think Guangxu made or copied the Kangxi Chinese Imari and their appears to be no age signs, not to mention the blue is wrong go late Qing.
