Yes, perhaps even 21st century. The colors and decoration style is not old. Only the vase shape is, but the mouth of the vase and bottom show no age signs.
Please pay attention to the foot rim. A foot rim that has rounded connection to the base area is newer, possibly not handmade. With antiques this is normally a corner not a radius.
