Cannot help with this, what does the seller say this is? If it is presented as Jian or Jizhou ware then the clay color and foot shape is wrong.
Just for consideration, In my view the shape is also not quite normal, too big for a tea bowl and not the shape of a bowl for eating. The glaze is too shiny, perhaps. You would want to research kilns in the southern coastal provinces for this.
