Hello, Could anyone tell me more about this small Chinese ceramic box. The box is 3"1/2 in diameter and 1"1/2 H Thank you

That is a good one.
A white porcelain box from Dehua kiln in Fujian province. Yuan dynasty, or possible even a bit earlier, from the Southern Song dynasty.
