Title: Chinese Blue Porcelain Snuff Bottle
Post by: Woodie69 on Sep 06, 2020, 12:37:37
Hi Everyone. I have a Chinese Blue Porcelain Snuff Bottle (see attached photos) - I'm having trouble identifying it exactly as can't seem to locate one like it that has the same stopper and bottle combination. Hoping someone might be able to provide some background and possibly its date and value? Thanks very much.

Could you upload some pictures showing the dragpn clearly closeup. The blue painting on the side should be visible in detail (partial pictures fine) in order to verify if this is printed or hand-painted.

Thanks for the additional images. While mark and neck decoration might be hand-painted, the dragon itself looks as if it was printed, I'm afraid. The blue color is too light and too uniform. With hand-painting one would see at least some difference due to the brush strokes.
