This chinese( Imari) rice bowl has a mark that I do not recognize. Does anyone knows what it is? I think it is Chinese but it could be Japanese

If it wasn't for the mark, i would have said Kangxi Chinese Imari but the mark I think would put it in Jiaqing period but im not sure that they did Chinese Imari during that period, lets see what others say.
