Post by: smak on Feb 13, 2020, 22:20:09
Hi guys,

This looks to be Qing Dynasty with a Ming dynasty mark.

What do you guys think?

The out side foot looks straight, if it is it is 20th century, also I do not see any age signs.

Yes, probably not antique. Looks too new.
Ming and Qing items would have some era-related production signs on the base, but this is too perfect.  Further, the worm-back foot rim appears mainly on imperial porcelain and newer wares. This is not imperial ware, thus remains only the last option, in my view.

Yeah the foot of the rim looked a bit off to me as well. Overall I though everything else was kinda on point, besides the glaze and the foot of the rim!

Thanks guys! !
