Could this bowl be a republic piece? I don't recognise the mark.

This is a typical printed outline decoration made in Macau in 1960s - 1970s, I think.
The enamels are opaque and the style is slightly "un-Chinese”.
I have seen this mark on some pieces of the mentioned production.
