Unless this is Japanese it is probably not authentic, I'm afraid. This type of foot rim, if made in China, could only be from Dehua kiln, but the tone of the blue pigment is not right for that. Dehua did also not make this type of export porcelain, as far as I know.

Not Japanese, looks more like a fake to me. to many blisters in the blue and the edge looks like it was made to look old.
