Title: Late Qing Peach Charger Plate? Blue and White (I have doubts)

Need your thoughts on this piece! It looks like a reproduction to me but need your thoughts! I could be wrong, it looks a little too new?

I'm afraid this may be a fake of a more recent manufacture. The double foot rim is relatively rare; the color it has is often found on fakes. But what I do not remember ever seeing is the underside decoration near the foot rim. The top side shows an old decoration, but the glaze and overall impression is that it is not old.
