These photo's are not very clear if you could post a close up of the faces clear photo's. By the waviness of the bottom it could be late Qing a close up of the faces could confirm this also any age signs would be helpful.

Im thinking late Qing, the faces don't look exactly right.

Thanks Stan. I spoke with some people and they told me Kangxi but not sure if early or late.
I hope to find some time and read some literature.

Mid to late Qing dynasty perhaps. The quality of the glaze is insufficient for Kangxi I would think, and the mark characters are not written in the typical Kangxi style either.
