Title: Blue de Hue ?

Hello,

this seems to be the lid of a bowl and I think, it can be Blue de Hue, but I am not sure

Looks like a recent item to me. The brass rims mean not that this is Bleu de Hue, if that was the reason you were thinking so.
Look at the head of the dragon and the clouds, this is not Chinese workmanship.

I wonder if this could be Japanese, in the 60's I see on a lot of their wares with wide painted bands as on this piece.

Thank you both. I compared this piece with other recent pieces, not a good idea. This was a bad research.

Looks more like something  from SE Asia or elsewhere. A Japanese dragon does not look like this either. Here they have eyelashes and are seemingly smiling..
