Can it be a real qianlong piece, or a 20th reproduction?

Looks like a modern reproduction. The writing looks a bit off. And the painting isn't on point, some out of line as well.

I have never seen a double circle surrounding a six character Qianlong mark in the Qing period or republic period, I would say 2nd half of the 20th century, or later.
