Post by: rgomes10 on Feb 28, 2019, 01:48:39
Hello!
Can someone help me, please, with the mark and the period?
I really appreciate your help.
Thank you so much,
Regina

Please provide (1) a close up (partial) picture of the foot rim, taken at an angle of 30-60 degrees, to show the shape (cross section shape) of the foot rim, and (2) a close up picture showing an area of the blue decoration.

At an angle, not from above. This way one cannot see clearly whether the rim is slanted or not. Alternatively you could take a picture straight from the side, showing the the edge of the plate with the foot rim only (but in this case the picture has to be horizontal, on the same level as the plate)

This looks like late Qing to me.

That decoration was popular in the mid-Qing dynasty, but a spurious Chenghua mark and the foot rim point to the 19th century.
