Form, colours and decoration say, that this is not made in Qianlong, looks like 20th century. The mark alone can not tell you, when a piece was made.

Looks to be second half of 20th century.
Yes, the painted decoration style would be late 20th century, but a close up picture of part of the decoration could possibly show if the black contours are printed or not.
