The bottom looks old as does the private mark. I can only read the last character, namely ?, which was used by business premises. The decoration is a late Qing dynasty decoration, but I have some doubts of it being original. This decoration is usually found on porcelain used by the common people and often shows severe abrasion and usage signs. Never saw one in such good condition.
