That is a Qing dynasty bowl and mark. Made over an extended period. This appears to be a Jiaqing type of mark, but it does not necessary say 'Jiaqing'. A bit difficult to read.

Much appreciated. I thought it was a Ming dynasty bowl given its design! But then looks too new to be Ming!

Was this made for a upper class? Middle? Or lower class/ Common ware?

Used by commoners. It was made for a very long time.
