Title: Small medical bottle
Post by: jrubio on Jan 12, 2019, 00:46:17
I have been researching this tiny bottle. I know that it is inscribed with Hong Ling Dan (red panacea, a product in traditional Chinese medicine) and Guang ji tang (the name of the manufacturer). However, I am not sure on its age. Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks for the bottom picture, as you can see there is a seam meaning it was made in a mould, I am not sure when this method was used as moulds of certain types have been used in traditional antiques, but this type of mould I believe to be more recent.
