The center and rim decoration are Sanskrit characters. Normally we see this often as a large plate with unglazed bottom. This is a common plate of the mid-Qing dynasty at the most, attributed usually to the Yongzheng reign. Possibly made by Dehua kiln, judging by the foot rim. The glaze is of poor quality; this and the production environment may be the cause of the excess glaze faults on the underside. It might have been from a more peripheral kiln as a main kiln would have produced a better glaze. My personal opinion.
