Hi Rec, this would be a guess on my part as to where it was made, I would say Arita but that is a guess maybe someone else here can be more specific.

in an other forum someone said it could be mino ware imari. I've searched tho mino ware but can't find so much.

Hi Rec, Mino ware (Mino - Yaki) refers to Japanese pottery that was produced in the Mino Province around the towns of Toki and Minokamo in the Gifu Prefecture, central Japan, I think it refers to the History of pottery in the Mino regions, during the Meiji period (1868 - 1912) ceramic from this region produced 50% of the ceramics at this time and they are still producing much of the ceramics today.
Looking at the foot on your cup is what makes me think it is 20th century, I have never seen such a wide foot on antique Japanese Porcelain, but the decoration is very nice and could be from this late Meiji, I am not sure when such a foot would have been made.
